Recently, the reporter learned from the Market Supervision Bureau of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province that this year the city has identified the fluorine chemical industry as a key industry for improving the quality linkage of the industrial chain and supply chain. The city is promoting high-level empowerment and implementing precise measures for internal and external connections. Currently, the quality linkage improvement of the fluorine chemical industry in the city has achieved phased results.

Fuxin City has established a fluorine chemical industry quality linkage improvement team, with the deputy mayor as the team leader, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Fluorine Industry Development Zone Management Committee as chain leaders, Liaoning Zhonghui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as the chain owner, the Municipal Inspection and Testing Certification Center as the quality empowerment institution, and 10 enterprises including Fuxin Longrui Pharmaceutical as upstream, midstream, and downstream chain members. At present, the pilot work plan for improving the quality linkage of the fluorine chemical industry chain and supply chain in Liaoning Province (2024-2025) has been formulated, with one fluorine chemical industry quality map drawn, three quality problems sorted out, one key research project identified, and four supporting quality policy tools.
In the fluorine chemical industry park, the Market Supervision Bureau of Fuxin City has established a "one-stop" service station for quality infrastructure, the Fuxin Inspection and Testing Certification Center has set up a quality improvement training base, established a list of intellectual property advantage enterprises in the fluorine chemical industry chain and a strong enterprise team, and hired quality experts to conduct on-site diagnosis and treatment for five enterprises including Liaoning Jinkai Chemical.
In addition, the Market Supervision Bureau of Fuxin City also adheres to precise measures, promotes cooperation between shared laboratory inspection and testing services and fluorine chemical enterprises, and has organized 8 fluorine chemical industry chain enterprises to form a "school inspection enterprise alliance" with environmental inspection and testing institutions of Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology; Organize an expert group for quality and inspection and testing qualification certification, conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges with enterprises in the fluorine chemical industry park, and promote the improvement of enterprise quality management and inspection and testing level.
